Watch Repair
We fix movements, replace crystals, and get your watch running again in 2-4 days, not a month.
We repair and restore watches of all kinds, from vintage mechanical pieces to modern automatics. Our work includes movement cleaning, parts replacement, and case refinishing. We handle everything in-house, so you're not waiting for work to go somewhere else. We've been doing this in New York long enough to know what works and what doesn't.
Most watches that come through our door need a cleaning and fresh oil inside. We disassemble the movement, clean each part by hand, and reassemble with precision. If a part is worn or broken, we source a replacement that matches the original spec. The whole process takes a few weeks depending on what we find when we open it up.
You drop off your watch and get a written estimate before we start anything. When it's done, it keeps time again. You'll notice the difference right away, whether it's a watch you inherited or one you've worn every day for years.
What's included: Complete movement disassembly and inspection; Ultrasonic cleaning of all internal parts; Replacement of worn gaskets and seals; Reassembly, regulation, and timing adjustment; Written estimate before work begins.
Watch Repair — FAQ
How long does a typical watch repair take?
Most repairs take 3 to 4 weeks. If we need to order a specific part, it may take longer. We'll give you a timeline when we provide your estimate.
Do you work on vintage watches?
Yes. Vintage mechanical watches are actually some of our best work. We source period-correct parts when needed and can usually get an older watch running reliably again.
What if my watch is still under warranty?
Check your warranty terms first. Some manufacturers won't honor coverage if anyone else opens the case. We can help you understand what you have before you decide.
