Rolex Service
Full service and repairs for Submariner, Datejust, and other models without the dealer markup or wait.
We take your Rolex apart, clean every part, replace worn gaskets and seals, and reassemble it to factory spec. Most Rolexes that come through here haven't been serviced in years. We work on Submariners, Daytonas, Datejusts, GMT-Masters, and sports models. If your watch is running slow, gaining time, or hasn't been opened since you bought it, this is what it needs.
The work takes two to three weeks. We use an ultrasonic cleaner on the case and bracelet, inspect the movement under magnification, and test the watch on a timing machine before you pick it up. New York water and air mean your Rolex collects debris. We flush everything out and seal it back up so it stays clean. If the crystal is scratched or the bezel insert is faded, we can replace those too.
You get your watch back running accurately, looking sharp, and ready for another decade of wear. We include a written report of what we found and what we did. You leave knowing exactly what condition your Rolex is in.
What's included: Complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, and reassembly of movement and case; New gaskets and seals throughout; Timing machine test and adjustment to COSC standards; Case and bracelet cleaning and polishing; Written service report with before-and-after notes.
Rolex Service — FAQ
How often should I service my Rolex?
Rolex recommends every five to ten years, depending on how much you wear it and what model you have. If you wear it daily, every five to seven years is smart. If it lives in a drawer, you can go longer.
Will you replace parts that aren't broken?
We replace gaskets, seals, and springs as part of the service because they wear out and lose their function over time. If a part is actually broken or worn beyond use, we'll tell you the cost before we do it. We don't replace things just to run up the bill.
Do you work on vintage Rolexes?
Yes. Vintage watches need a different touch because parts are harder to find and some of the materials are different. We've worked on Rolexes from the 1950s onward. Bring it in and we'll assess what it needs.
