Watch Repair &

Cartier Service

We service Tank, Santos, and other Cartier watches at half what the boutique charges.

Cartier watches need specialized care. We handle everything from the classic Tank and Santos to the Ballon Bleu and Rotonde. Our watchmakers disassemble your watch completely, inspect every component, replace worn parts with genuine Cartier movements and springs, and reassemble it to factory spec. We keep detailed records of each service so you know exactly what was done.

New York's humidity and temperature swings are tough on watches. We work in a climate-controlled workshop and use ultrasonic cleaning for the case and bracelet. Movement service takes two to three weeks because we don't rush. We source parts directly from Cartier when needed, though we also work with certified suppliers for discontinued models. Your watch gets tested for water resistance and accuracy before you pick it up.

You'll get your Cartier back running the way it did when it left the factory. We include a full service report, a fresh leather strap if needed, and a one-year warranty on parts and labor. Most customers notice the difference immediately, the smoothness of the movement and the crisp timekeeping.

What's included: Complete movement disassembly, cleaning, and inspection; Replacement of worn springs, pivots, and jewels; Case and bracelet ultrasonic cleaning; Water resistance testing and accuracy regulation; One-year warranty on all parts and labor.

Questions

Cartier Service — FAQ

How long does a Cartier service take?

Two to three weeks. We don't cut corners. If we need to source a specific part from Cartier, it may take a bit longer, but we'll give you a timeline upfront.

Will you use genuine Cartier parts?

Yes, whenever possible. For movements and springs, we source directly from Cartier or certified suppliers. For older or discontinued models, we work with reputable aftermarket parts that meet Cartier specs.

What if my Cartier is vintage or very old?

We restore vintage Cartiers regularly. Bring it in and we'll assess it. Some older models need special handling, but we have the expertise and parts access to get them running again.
