FAQ

Common questions

How long does a typical watch repair take?

Most repairs are done in 2 to 4 days. If it's something we can fix on the spot, like a clasp adjustment or a quick band swap, we do it while you wait. Complicated vintage restorations can take longer, but we'll tell you the timeline up front.

Do you work on Rolex and other luxury brands?

Yes. We service Rolex, Cartier, Omega, and other high-end brands every day. We also work on vintage pieces from the 70s and earlier that authorized dealers won't touch. You'll pay about half what the dealer charges and get your watch back in days, not weeks.

How much does a repair cost compared to an authorized dealer?

Our pricing is typically half what you'd pay at a brand boutique or authorized service center. We give you a clear quote before we start any work, and there are no surprise fees when you pick up.

Can you fix a damaged lug or broken clasp?

Yes. We rebuild damaged lugs so you can change bands again, and we fix or replace broken clasps. A lot of these repairs we can do on the spot or within a day or two.

Where is your shop located?

We're in Midtown Manhattan. When you arrive, look for the building with the number 20. Come inside and ask for Harry, Eric, or Trish and we'll take a look at your watch.
