I opened this shop because I got tired of watching people get ripped off by authorized dealers who charge triple and make you wait a month for a simple repair. We work on Rolex, Cartier, Omega, and vintage pieces that other shops won't touch. Harry, Eric, Trish, and I handle every watch that comes through the door. Most repairs are done in 2 to 4 days. If it's a clasp or a quick fix, we do it while you wait.
We don't send your watch to some regional service center. We do the work here in our Midtown shop with the right tools and the right parts. You get transparent pricing up front, no surprise fees when you come to pick up. We've been fixing watches in New York long enough to know what a fair price looks like, and we stick to it.
